When you enquire about or purchase any of our digital products, normally guidance modules or tailored reports, form our our website you will input your information which we store in our database. For a transaction to take place we require your information which you may send to us via email, telephone or in person.

Big House Small House uses external hard drive systems to store and process the personal data we hold. These systems are password protected and GDPR compliant. Any financial information is only used to process transactions and is not stored. We do not sell or share your personal data or other information to any third-party.

HOW IS YOUR INFORMATION STORED OFFLINE

Occasionally your information will be briefly noted in paper form to be transferred to our digital storage. This normally arises during a transaction or enquiry when contact details are taken over the phone away from our digital technology systems. All paper records are destroyed once this information has been transferred to our data base systems, normally within an hour. No information in paper form is shared with third parties.

HOW LONG DO WE KEEP YOUR INFORMATION

We will not retain your personal information longer than necessary. We will hold onto the information you provide for the duration of a transaction or whilst we are providing a service to you. If we are no longer providing a service to you we will delete your information from our records. We will continue to hold your data for ongoing marketing purposes if you have agreed for us to do so. Though we will not retain any information longer than necessary in accordance to the points above you have the right to request we delete your information at any time.
